New COSB Official Site Coming Soon

I am thrilled to know that the new COSB Official site will be launching soon. Therefore, the COSB Live blog will be closing down very soon.

For passerby, please be on the lookout.

Hi, you have done a good job in setting up this blog... perhaps no one has ever told you so? I like the post on "Job or Ministry?" found at http://cosb.blogspot.com/2007/02/job-or-ministry.html
I think you did it as a "ministry" cos i don't see other members commenting yet you persist till now.

Not many churches have blog like this. It would be sad to close it just because an official church website is coming up. Corporate or business blogs are catching up these days. So why not a church blog?

Anyway, please leave behind the church web address when it is available. Thks.

Thanks for your encouragement, Joan. I do agree with you. However, I leave this to the pastor's decision. I just make myself available to help if needed.

I am not sure if setting up this blog is a "Job or Ministry" 'cos I qualifies both ways.... I started it 'cos nobody will, and I continued even though nobody recognise my effort:

"If you are doing it just because no one else will, it's a JOB.
If you are doing it to serve the Lord, it's a MINISTRY.

If you quit because no one praised you or thanked you, it was a JOB.
If you stay with it even though nobody recognizes your efforts, it is a MINISTRY."


But now this blog has to close 'cos the official site is coming up. Hopefully the one maintaining it will make it very interactive and "come alive" for anyone visiting it.
