Time to Lose Weight

The CNY holidays are just over and most of you may have overeaten. If you think you are heavier than before, please try out the exercises shown at How-To Exercises. It shows you the exercises for the various parts of your body with animated demonstrations.

So if you can't find a companion to do it with you, do try it with the animated companion. :D
